Nice thought but per ounce, slice, pound, melon???? So misleading.

I'm with Florida - I eat fruit regularly and when I log a medium banana it's 105 calories, 1 cup of raspberries is 64 calories. Even though, for me, 1 or 2 servings of fruit a day is fine.

The avocado's calories is right , banana 60 calories per half banana

I love bananas wasn’t till I logged them that I found how high they are in Cals oh well still have 1 a day

it was awesome to learn about the nutrition behind fruit to include the number of carbs in certain fruits compared to others.

This is supposed to be per "serving size", whatever that may be. (the total for everything listed is 1,488 kcal) This is to give an idea at what you're looking at calorie wise. However, invest in a food scale! The amount varies per food because of size difference. Most bananas don't come to 110-120 calories. They're usually less, ranging 96-100, unless you find those giant bananas, in which case it could be more. *shrug* My scale has taught me a lot. Thank you for posting. 😊 I love me some fresh fruit!
