Slow but I'm totally happy with it! I didn't walk yesterday or much in the last few days. It has rained and feels damp ish. Got to get back into my routine!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
