BS...113 Couldn't figure out why BS was higher until I realized I had picked up sweetened almond milk by mistake instead of unsweetened. I don't even like sweet coffee.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
