Started intermittent fasting yesterday, and hope it will not weaken my muscle builing routine.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 93.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week

There are some articles about intermittent fasting and bodybuilding on the bodybuilding.com website. I found out they have a lot of interesting articles there yesterday while i was reading more about being ketogenic.

Thank you cjodyssey. Looking forward to read about it. Muscle building is very new to me. All I go by now is to exhaust the muscles till screaming point, and eat a red meat dominated diet to satiated, 3-4 times a day. Plus allow the muscles time to recover. Simple nutshell version to start off with. Found benefits by doing long and slow movements, as exhaustion pointt came quicker.
