wright2018's Journal, 18 May 2018

Hi All,

Well after a few crazy weeks, I think things are settling back down enough for me to gain my stride. Went off course slightly during all the madness, but still managed to attempt staying on the straight and narrow as much as humanly possible with all the recent events. Have continued as I often do to research and incorporate new processes, ideas, and recipes. Have found a few which are not a good fit for me, but have found a great number which are pushing me in the place I want to go. Will share those with you later on. In the meantime, I am posting some dinners and lunches I've recently eaten over the next few posts. I am now ready to break my sticking point/plateau, and I think this next week is the week. I fluctuated slightly lower this week as I played around with diet and nutrition, and increased workout regime. I am seeing steady increases in strength, endurance, and overall energy... the energy was lacking for a good while, its amazing what toll injury, stress, feeling of loss, and more can take on your mind and body. My focus is now back on track for the most part and am ready to get after it!!!! For everyone out there struggling, just keep your head up ---push forcibly through -- do what you know needs to be done and you'll be stronger for it.... I'm beginning to think its official, not only am I having fun with this nutrition/healthy lifestyle, and exercise stuff like I once did so many years ago, I feel that I may be entering into my mid life crisis ---but its not yet a crisis, more like a change of heart about my long career. Beginning to think I should have stuck with this health stuff so many years ago as I'm finding it suits me. While progress is coming slowly ---I know it is being done accurately and safely. I can see subtle changes occuring, clothes are getting ridiculously big --nearly swimming in them, will need to buy some again already and will post a few in coming days. Have been training and taking courses for sometime, as I think a career change may be imminent. Some persons out there know about me, others may not. Well, I will keep all of you in the loop on things as soon as possible, including new research findings if persons are interested they can read...... In the meantime, I wish you all well on your health journeys and self discovery!!!!! I now close with a picture or two of recent meals the past few nights. As always I welcome new persons, friends, and more for comments, recommendations, and more.... I like speaking with persons so if the urge or need is there you know where to find me.... Below -- Sushi Made Fresh ----Steak Kebabs ----My version of stuffed jalapeno even though they are mini sweet peppers and stuffed mushroom caps.
