I have won a victory - not the entire battle, but a victory of losing 21 pounds off of my body. I have 140 more to go. I am not going to slack off this has taken me too much so far to lose this 21 LBS and I'm not going to throw it all away like I've done in the past. I realize FINALLY that this is a way of eating and a change of life eating habits. To God be the Glory! He is strengthening me, encouraging me and blessing me, as well as my husband who has even gotten on the diet wagon with me. So far he has lost a total of 26 LBS and 26 more to go!

I agree with you about being realistic about where you are and where you want to get. I also have 65 pounds to go and I want to get there soon.
