Today I'm just drinking water and Miso soup.

This morning I had no coffee just a bottle of water. I then drank another glass of water with a bit of soy sauce. For some reason this gives me a bit of a "pick me up" so I can do my 1/2 hour weight lifting. Once I start exercising I feel fine. Constant exercise is how I avoid feeling sluggish.

I will allow myself 70 calories in Miso soup. One for lunch and one for diner. They are 35 calories each, but it gives me a "treat" to look forward to. This is totally phycological but already it has worked :)

Right now I feel no hunger, but I think I must have still have glucose in my system and until it goes hunger is possible (https://bit.ly/2GRAK9k).
198.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The head game is so very key in the game in general no matter what one is doing. Doing that with miso is smart and a great 'mind trick' to keep you focused! Stay strong and keep it rolling bruddah!
