Fuck fuck why am I gaining weight πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ€¬πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜«πŸ˜«πŸ˜«πŸ˜«πŸ˜« right now I hate myself
195.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 70.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"why am I gaining weight " -- Weigh, log and track everything you eat for the next 10 days. Then you will know.

Been there a thousand times. I gain when I travel πŸš™ and eat off my plan. It took 3 weeks to get that 10lbs off and get back to routine. Salt can cause a gain. MSG. Bad sleep. 🀬 Stress hormones (temper temper, grasshopper). Muscle build can seem a weight gain. Take a deep breath. Take another. Realize you are supposed to go up and down, a billion functions in your body. Quick fix is quick fail. Long haul, the turtle wins. Now just look yourself in the eyes πŸ‘€ and resolve to keep going. As we all must.

What are you eating? How is your salt intake? Have you gotten take out? (Notorious for water retention...)

Stress? Lack of sleep? Eating too frequently? There are a lot of factors. But don’t discourage yourself and get out of the mindset that everything is messing up.

I looked at your weight logs back a few months. What program are you on? Weight does not come off daily so it’s odd to log everyday and get so frustrated...everyday.
