Ok - I'm starting over again! I began this journey when I was 27 - I'm now 35, and there have been a lot of changes. I lost a lot of weight before, I've gained a lot back. I now have a 3 month old amazing adorable baby boy...and the mom body to go along with him :( I'm back in the 200s, which I hoped to never do again, and I'm very unhappy with the flabbiness that has taken over everything!
I'm breastfeeding, so this won't be a crazy diet - have to be sure my supply stays strong and healthy - but I CAN start making some better choices, starting with cutting out the daily doughnut habit I've somehow acquired. I anticipate this to be rough going, but I have amazing support from my loving partner, and I have a growing boy I want to be healthy for!
