Monday morning. Work is insane - again. Will be honest with myself this week and make a conscious effort to move as much as I can. For me, it seems to be more about moving than eating. If I don't move as much, I don't lose as much. Pretty hard to argue with that pattern. Maybe I'll set some timers for little bursts of activity so my butt doesn't fall asleep in this chair of mine? I kid, but it is going to be a challenge. Lot of deadlines between now and the end of the month.
