I started my veggie/vegan journey mid February. I had high cholesterol and watched too many Netflix documentaries on our food industry and health. I was Very much into meat, eggs and dairy. I have lost five pounds since February and have maintained my 170 pound goal weight. I started out giving up red meat, poultry and eggs. In April I removed soda from my diet. May removed the last dairy items and I have found there are many substitute items that taste great. I don’t miss any of those foods now.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
