The last couple of days have not been good. Was really missin my brother who is now back in Seattle and was quite depressed. Ate everything even though I wasn't hungry and just felt sick. Today I am feeling better, and am back on track. Eating is going excellent so far, and I will get some exercise in today one way or another. It's summertime, so my daycare is very busy today (I have 10 kids) so I am incorpertating help from my own children, especially my 15 year old. Hope all is well with everyone, have a great day!
