The last couple of days have not been good. Was really missin my brother who is now back in Seattle and was quite depressed. Ate everything even though I wasn't hungry and just felt sick. Today I am feeling better, and am back on track. Eating is going excellent so far, and I will get some exercise in today one way or another. It's summertime, so my daycare is very busy today (I have 10 kids) so I am incorpertating help from my own children, especially my 15 year old. Hope all is well with everyone, have a great day!

For a second there I thought you meant you HAD 10 kids! Wow! But I admire you tremendously for running a daycare; I work from my home office & the kids go to daycare and I frequently note that their teachers work a LOT harder than I do. But I do love my job and cherish my time away with the kiddos, so it's OK.

Keep up the good work...it is okay to fall off the wagon once and a while just as long as you get back on it...I understand in a way how you feel about missing someone. I lost my mom 2 weeks ago and it has been rough for me. I just have no desire to eat...but I keep hearing this little voice that says "Don't you dare give up now". Know that you have support if you need it.
