I haven't weighed in yet this week (obviously), and I'm not sure that I really want to. I have been bad when it comes to my beer intake. Yesterday my sister stopped in for a visit on her way to her inlaws, and we went out for dinner. Then after dinner I picked up a case of beer and proceeded to drink almost the entire box of beer myself. (I'm sure my wifey is totally impressed with me)
I'm a little ticked at myself for my lack of control and now I'm dealing with a hangover at work on a Thursday...no real reason for the binge...so just a bone head manouvre!!
Anyway, that was yesterday...better day today for sure!
