What is anyone’s experience with using almond flour for making some baked goods? Does it help you stay on track or does it just make you crave carbs?

Usually baked goods have a lot of sugar, even the almond flour ones, so I have made a couple of things with it but end up giving most away

I’ve done Keto mug bread, but try to stay away from sweet recipes as they don’t help my insulin resistance ( and hence belly fat and weight). The more carbs I eat, the more I want 😉
