Ok, so I had this amazing experience that I just have to share. Tonight my husband came into our room and asked me if I would hold this box for him that had some weights on it. Although I found it a little strange, I did what he asked and he said, "do you know how much that weighs?"; to which I immediately replied, "A lot - please take it back!" Then he told me that it weighed 40 lbs; 6 pounds LESS than I have lost so far. He said, "It was too much for you to hold on to even for a few minutes, and here you were carrying that around, plus some, before". That really hit home for me. Wow. He's kinda awesome :)!
