So I signed up on here for motivation after the weekend that I had of falling off the wagon at Mardi Gras and THEN MY daughter brings home a King Cake from work and I DID IT AGAIN!!!
The worst part is that I genuinely feel horrible about it. I have been doing so good and have lost ALOT of weight for my first month, so why the HELL do I keep doing this.
Anyway I just needed to vent on myself I will get back on the right path tomorrow I just hate that I gave myself another mini~setback.

Don't sweat it! even though you haven't reached your goal and you ate something that wasn't what is on your diet doesn't mean you won't get to where you want to be and just because you gave in to your craving doesn't mean that you won't get back on track and get to where you want to be. Just remember it's a long term thing and you will get there :) Plus you need to give in every once in a while. Plus now that you don't eat that stuff all the time just think of it as, you enjoyed yourself and tomorrow it a new day.:)

I'm no expert but the worst thing you can do is dwell on it. I'm speaking from experience. Once my mind-set is in failure mode, I get weak and all my mini~setbacks add up. YOU ARE DOING FABULOUS!!! It took hard work to accomplish what you did this past month. Like Trisha79 remarked, long term is the goal.

I know, thanks so much!! I hate being weak and I can't believe how much I crave sugar now...! I never really used to crave but then again maybe it is because I had it whenever I wanted and didn't think about it. lol Thanks!!
