it's Friday and I'm gonna have a great day! Had to put of working out the past couple weeks because of a shoulder issue & PT three times a week but last night I did two 30 min circuit training classes and the shoulder held up great! l was in Asia in the Marine Corp, when that disgusting song from that Canadian band trashing America to make money from playing on the sympathy of Americans.

The name of that band is called the Guess Who...the Who is an English Band who at the time had a hit album called Live at Leeds.
