I almost didn't record this because you can't really lose 2 pounds in one day. Yesterday i ran 5 miles and ate very little (liquid fasting most of the week makes you full easily) so I must be dehydrated. So this will come back in the next 2 days... but then I go back to bone broth for 3 days...
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
