42.5% Well, despite my best efforts, it won't go away, so I'm going to go ahead and weigh in with the 198. My bfp is still lower than usual which is good. I don't know what happened to my TOM, as it disappeared on me before it really started (its irregular) so I don't know what's up exactly-- I'll just keep observing myself. I realized that I was eating a little more and exercising less, so I corrected those two things, but the scale is not yet rewarding me. I am drinking more water, which I am happy about, but that started after the bfp went down, so they are probably not related.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Hang in there girl... You are doing great. We need to keep focused on the long term gratification once in a while, even though it's the short term that keeps us motivated... You are doing great!!

You know, it might be TOM's fault that you haven't lost anything lately. You really are doing wonderful! just this month alone, you've moved that scale quite a bit! Keep up the good work, buddy!

Maybe your body is just catching up to your loss in body fat. Give it a few more days. You have lost a lot in the last month and your body might need to balance back out. Keep up the good work.

thanks, pam and alaina! muscles-- i wish, but I was exercising a little less before this and not more, so I doubt it. but thanks for the thought. :) I appreciate everyone's encouragement!
