Feels like the weightloss has slowed down now but it's still a loss 😀
185.8 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eat high calorie meals every few days to increase your metabolism so the body doesnt go into starvation mode.
