This is going well, bought a juicer, and I am trying to eat the volume of fruits and vegetables that Dr. Furhman prescribes, but never have an appetite. Summer is truly the best time to be on this, lots of grilled veggies is easy!
239.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I read that book too - and I am trying to stick as close to his recommendations as well. I doubt I am eating as much as he suggests - 1 lb raw/ 1 lb cooked is a lot. But I do eat quite a bit! I have noticed a lot of benefits since I cut out dairy, but I do allow myself 1 x week poultry and 1 x week fish!
