Wow. That's quite a gain, though not as much as I feared. Never before have I gained 6 kgs in a week. Of course, this is just post-op fluctuation. No worries.

Not 10lbs. In a week however, gained much too fast, especially when an emotional eater boredom,anxiety,couch potato, habit etc. You r an inspiration.

As I mentioned in your journal the other day.... I remember Fledgist having the same sort of gain..... It took quite a while for the weight effects left from his op, to sort themselves out. Let's face it - it's just a number ....... BUT stay of the cakes and snacking LOL.
