day 4 of operah and deepak...

37..feels like..WINTER..no spring here..good thursday morning...slowly getting salt worked back outta system..did good last night was tired..but didnt give in to having salt or anything i shouldnt ..instead went to bed ..

havent been on trainer yet..not sure if its gonna be a later morning ride..or just an off day..body is tired from climbing hills on zwift yesterday..

got hair cut in the event it GETS WARMER..but until will be wearing my winter hat to keep my head nice an warm..might of should of waited a little longer...but o well..was curling around ears from wearing hat on colder days to keep ears warm..

got chicken in kitchen sink thawing..chicken prep day today..never ending on prepping ahead..its all worth it..but at the time..i often wonder..back in the day when i just opened this or that..an cooked an ate it...o yeah thats what got me here...duh...well along with not exercising to burn it off..

well tea is gone...still trying to get my body up an moving..but just feels so good to sit here...murph might be rubbing off on me...looks in mirror i look like little boy in home alone when he looks in mirror..


im tryin to wake up...but...

Nice loss, Mike! I cut my husband's hair with the clippers this morning and accidentally picked up the wrong piece so he got a much shorter haircut than he was anticipating! So now he's also going to have a cold head - lol! Have a great day 🙂

Good loss Mike! LOL Prepping ahead may be a pain, but there are ways to make it easier and you find them. 💁🏻‍♀️Plus crock pots and such can help a bunch. 🙋🏻

Doobrie, Something similar happened to my husband once. I was at work and he text me and asked if I would cut his hair that afternoon. I told him that I would if I made it in on time (At the time I worked crazy hours and never really knew what time I would be home) apparently he didn’t like that response so he decided to do it himself. He was going along good until the guard fell off and it took his hair to the scalp. He learned a valuable lesson about patience that day and since he had to renew his licenses the following day he was reminded of that lesson every time he opened his wallet for 4 years... lol
