Round 4 kicked my ass. Spent Monday at the ER and too weak plus too much pain to go work yesterday and today. Strength my friends. Happy Equinox.
248.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
