Yeeeeee... 1 bulan gabung FS dri 17/18 februari ... Alhamdulillah melebihi target, (kemarin targetnya 2kg)
Timbangan nya beda sih,.. Nimbang di puskesmas,.. 59 lbh dkit sbnrnya cma aku bulatin 59,5kg..semoga ini mmg bener timbangannya... Hehe
131.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
