I've actually been DOING what I've supposed to do since I got home, but just haven't been recording it because a LOT is happening in my life. Granddaughter sprained her ankle and I spent 1 day in ER with her. Grandson tried to commit suicide again yesterday and had to be moved from one facility to another. Keeping a homeless person in my home (so I guess he's not technically homeless, now, huh?) Daily encouraraging another person who was in hospital with me, and helping her lose weight. Supervising getting the basement finished from the flood repairs so my son & his family can move back in from the hotel they've been staying at for 2-1/2 months. Basement infested with ants! No WONDER I had to retreat to the hospital for a week! Thankfully, the Lord has enabled me to handle everything that's been thrown at me since I got out last Thursday afternoon (and I've only had to take 2 anxiety pills to do it!) Everyone keep up the great work! I'll be back in full swing SOMEDAY -- for now, my primary focus has to be on my family, on my health & sanity. I'll check in as much as I can.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're such an inspiration. Bless your heart, your life sounds like mine right now. I've learned that I can't control everything that happens in my life so I just go with the flow. Praying things get better for you and your family.

In spite of all the things that are going "wrong" in my life, God is doing even MORE good things! (Hard to believe, I know!) He is my Rock and my Salvation, my Sword and my Shield, my all-in-all. Without Him, I don't know how I could handle everything.

Amen Debbie ! Sometimes, like very recently, it seems I am losing my ability to stay on top of and focused on anything. My plans fall apart at the ring of the phone and it seems I am in a constant "re-group" mode. Your words speak to my heart and encourage me. for The Lord is Constant and what I can count on whatever the day may bring. God Bless you.

Hey Debbie, had no idea you'd been through all this! I went off line a few weeks back because I didn't have computer access but on my phone I had Banting Downunder, a really happy Aussie keto group. So I chat to them but I keep records on fat Secret (cos it has the best counters). So I finally lost weight when I stopped counting and weighing and just relaxed! Down 8 kg and feeling great. Going home tonight to make your seed crackers. Instead, Ive been eating zucchini and mozzarella pizza strips I made for the past fortnight. Similar carbs to the crackers (about 4 gm per palm size) and good as crackers as an avocado and ricotta dipping base! But your crackers taste better and probably have more vitamins! See ya in a couple weeks.
