Wow! This is pretty big for me. The scale actually said 144 this morning, but I don't record a weight until it's been the same for at least 3 days,. I'm almost half way to my goal! Shirts are fitting me that haven't in years (I've held on to my favorite stuff). Starting to feel better and more confident again. Funny how being overweight can make you feel, shall I say, "less than" sometimes. It has no bearing on your worth, but I think we associate it that way. Anyway, good way to start off a Monday, even if it is raining....again.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job!! I agree that having extra weight makes me feel “less than” which is stupid because I’m still the same person I was 18 lbs ago. Sad how hard we are on ourselves.

I'm so happy to hear your doing so great and that's inspirational too sweetie half way there I cant wait for you to hit goal I will be at the finish line cheering you on ...minus my cheer leaders uniform...will have to wear something less short and larger in size ha ha I was maybe near 100 lbs back then ..a long, long ,long time ago... I will be there with or with out my pom poms but I will be there ..so proud of you ;)
