I'm very excited, I lost 1.2 pounds! I've been gaining weight ever since I stopped my dieting about a year and a half ago. If I keep losing about a pound a week, it'll take 8 months to get where I really want to be. That's a long time, but I'm really hoping I can keep with this. (It's only week one). But, again, weight comes off slowly, and I just need to take it week by week. I've been hungry a little bit this week, but hopefully my body is going to get used to my new amount of food intake. I've also been trying to eat healthier things. I've noticed my sodium is usually high, so I'm working on lowering that. My protein in grams has always been higher than fat grams, (though not in percentages) which is good I think. And I need to work on getting my potassium up. I feel this has been a good start though!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
