Weight is way up today due to an ‘indulgence’ meal yesterday. My wife and I enjoyed a night out to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The meal was mostly on plan – but I did have some bread and dessert which put me way above my daily limit. No regrets though – it was great to share a nice meal with my wonderful wife.

Today I am up early and off to take a trek up Mt Si (8 mile round trip with 4100ft of elevation gain). Not sure I will make it right to the top – but will do my best.
