Thanks Glen and HCB!!! I started on this site I think 4 years,ago as,wrestlephoto at 154, crept up to 180 and to see 156 is a joy. My revised goal is 145-140. Met many awesome people like you two over the years on this sight. Finally get some direction on this diet.☺😺
