It's been a while but I'm back!

I took a little time "off" during the holidays and just worked on maintaining my weight, not trying to lose but trying not to gain.

Now I am back on track with losing and working further toward my goal weight of 145 lbs. I have continued to cut out most of the sugar and have been keeping carbs to a minimum. I have found so many yummy/healthy substitutes for the things I love that are high in calories/fat.
A few things I love: Birds Eye "Veggie Made Zuccini Lentil pasta" takes care of my pasta cravings without all of the carbs and it really tastes like regular pasta. I put Hunts tomato sauce on it and add some spices. Skinny Girl salad dressings are so darn good and they are like 10 calories! Another life saver has been Nature's own Life bread. It's 40 calories per slice and super tasty (I like the honey-oat).

Glad to be back and happy to continue on this journey. Onward!
