Great workout, surprised. For three weeks, almost every day I've either met a personal gain, or made a new one, made two more this morning!.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
