I'm nearly down to where I was when I left for vacation. 181.4 this morning and I was 180.4 the day we left. I woke up so hungry this morning!! Just finished an egg sandwich for breakfast on good whole wheat bread with lite Jarlsberg cheese ... YUM!!

I'm starting to wonder if I have allergies. I have been sneezing like crazy but it comes and goes. It started in Mexico ... sort of like a cold but it isn't a cold. I've never had allergies ... I wonder. Anybody have any good recommendations for an over-the-counter allergy med I could try?

Today I am going to Boise for Reflective Supervision training. It is the training opportunity I was selected for that will occur over the next year, 4 weekends in total, and will hopefully end up with me having an endorsement in Infant Mental Health. I'm looking forward to it. I fly out this afternoon and then get in late tomorrow night ... so I may be absent for a couple days. Strange to be leaving home again so soon though after getting back from vacation. I'm just a woman on the move these days I guess!!!

Ah ... that first cup of coffee always tastes so good!!! Well, I must get ready for the day, pack a couple things for my trip, and pull my self together!! Have an excellent day ... regardless of what is happening in your life there are things or people or situations that are positive. Regardless of what the scale says today ... you are worthwhile. Let's continue to be kind to ourselves ... and greet this day with love in our heart (borrowed from my dear friend Info)!!!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 77.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes Cathy ... quite the traveling lady!! Next week I'm going to see my best girlfriend for a few days ... then my life will become 'boring' once again ... LOL!!

I'm late again to wish you a great weekend, you must be gone already... Allergies can be a sign for a weakened immune system. Garlic, thyme and sage are natural immune system supporters. Quercetin seems to work on allergies, you can find it in natural product stores. Take care!

Moose, thanks so much for all your kind words. I hope you have an opportunity to see this. But regardless, hope your weekend is great! What work do you do, If I might ask. I have begun the walking and it really helps. I am posting in my journal about the Xrays, so if you find time check it out. Hope the flight was good and write me when you get back. Enjoy the drinks, but careful.....lot of calories. You had a great drop after your vacation. See, you need more vacations :-) Talk to you later my bud. Hope your weekend is GREAT!
