So, two days on this "Run for Abs" diet & I'm down 1/2 lb. I admit, that's a little disappointing, but as I just said to someone else, give it time. Besides, weight loss is one of three goals; I also want to run faster & lose some body fat. If I only lose 4 lbs but lower the body fat by 2%, that will be worth it! Speaking of running, I'm to do interval runs tonight, and my legs are still sore from Sunday's workout - ouch! I also am patting myself on the back because yesterday I got an email that a co-worker brought his famous home-baked cookies. I deleted the email and actually DIDN'T get one, which I think is a first! Yay me! <smiley face!>
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
