i want to take you higher...gooood Friday mornin...wow...doing omad and it's helping so much with woe....unbelievable...energy source...

left house at 445am...was still in a fasting mode...did a 2.2 mile walk..already have 7375 in steps..its only...607am...had to take layers off...36 here this morning..but o wow..energy level is thru the roof..

played lazy yesterday..guess body needed a day off...getting laptop back today...be nice..wont have to journal on phone...and won't have autocorrect ...lol

already have meal set up in fridge...just rocking an Rollin this morn....and it's only 611am...to bad sun hasn't come up yet..

suppose to be 54 today...might be a road trip on road bike today...that would be nice...

welp...guess it's time to get up an move...move...move...this body is feeling like it's on fire today...
