Had some friends over for a BBQ yesterday and I evidently ate a bit much… Not really that bad – all good stuff – but my calories are a bit higher than I would typically like – but maybe this is the new normal.

My quads were a bit sore this morning from my Saturday hike. I made it into the gym and through my normal workout. Going to be a busy day at work – so I better get started.
