as James Brown would sing...i feel good..good Wednesday morning...5:45am..just finished another ctx video..laptop had to be reformated...not happy about that..but should be a happier laptop now..

ended up with almost 7000 in steps yesterday..right before noon..was looking outside ..sun was shining..but was so cold..even a wind chill...but layered up..did a 1.2 mile walk...came home all smiles..pushing myself ...is what it's all about..listening to my body ...just feel like I'm finally seeing results..that have been slow to come my way...ive noticed over last week..when temptations are around..its been easier to say no...and I have also found out having only one of something is ok...givingbinto old ways isn't an option...

the results I'm seeing..is only a start to what I will continue to strive for.a healthier..leaner..me..

As usual..still in fast mode till 9am..then it's eating time...and by 10am..back into fasting mode again..

Well time to set up a meal...not sure what it might be..might be grilled hamburger and salad today...

had dusting of snow last night...but still plan on a morning walk...use to walk alot...before cycling became a habit..justa faster way to get from point a to b...

well..im done rambling...so much eneegy...and it's 22 outside with wind chill of 11...need to find something to do..till sun comes up...

I'm very glad you feel good but now after reading your post for today I have a permanent ear bug that song is in my head...thank you anyway.... great song and I will need it ... its going to be a long day in nursing working 16hrs...geeez;)

Sunny 26...feels like 18..got thin layers on..went for a 1 mile walk...dang sun shining makes it look so nice out..
