So we began round 2! Dr's scales 257, BP 139/84, temp 98.4. Thankfully I don't have to go for shots again next week. Have a good weekend everyone.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
