Trying to get back on track. I’ve got to stop letting my boyfriend control what I eat. I want to eat with him but his choices are not the ones that my body needs to reach my goals. I have to stop thinking that the only way to bond is over food.
318.9 lb Lost so far: 118.1 lb.    Still to go: 68.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

DEADPOOL12345 first I love your user name and second I okay video games with him but I seriously suck at them. Haha I need to practice more so I guess you’re right I need to be less of a jock and more of a nerd and try bonding that way with him.

haha thanks. I mean do whatever you both feel like doing, maybe if you have specific foods you enjoy you could offer them to him, make dinner or whatever to get in what you need/enjoy, and simultaneously having his palate branch out, making it a win win, perhaps.

Good idea. I might try tricking him into antique shopping it’s a lot of walking around downtown he enjoys it and I get extra steps in. Also might make some low fat and fat free foods and desserts and just not tell him. I’ve done it before and he ate the hell out of it.....then he looses weight and is like hey I’m loosing weight and not doin anything and I’m like well damn I’m doing a lot and you lost more....face palm lol
