I got through my first day of the Chef AJ Ultimate Weight Loss program. It was nice to be down 2lbs overnight-encouraging to say the least. It's an adjustment to have 1 pound of vegetables for breakfast but I made a big salad yesterday. That took some time to eat so today I had 1 lb (pre-cooked weight) of roasted brussel sprouts. I also got in a 70 minute hike this morning. It was a nice way to start off the Monday. I hope everyone has a great week.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
