10st today! Very pleased :) 3 off at WW but that includes the 1.5 I put on last week when I was bloated (mental note not to have that minestrone soup for lunch again on a Wed!) The only downside to losing is seeing how few calories I need in a day now! Makes it much easier to see, though, how easy it is to put weight on if you think you need 2000 in a day! I was discussing this week with a friend how we might live our lives differently if we found out we were dying (cheery topic!) & I think I would definitely eat more, especially cake or puddings! But that I couldn't regret the last 6 months of WW because I've still eaten out and had most of the things I've wanted, nothing is really denied, and I feel so much more ALIVE for having ditched the weight, eating healthier and moving more :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
