Weight is bouncing around a lot. Overall doing pretty well. I managed to do my full 5k run this morning at 6.0mph at a 2.5% incline. Yesterday I got my bike out and wen t up and down the big hill near my house in preparation for bike to work day this Friday – definitely going to be a bit of a challenge but I think I can do it.
