Hey y'all! I've got something amazing to share! Some of you may remember my story about the treadmill around this time last year. It was my first encounter with exercise in a looong time and I clocked a 5K in 65:08. Well, even though there was no formal event this year I just had to do it again for comparison and I knocked it out of the park! I finished in 46:23 yesterday, almost 20 minutes faster!!! I even had the courage to tell 3 people who are very important to me and they cheered me right on. Now to get below 30 by this time next year!
233.6 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
