Last night I was so sore it kept reminding me that I was very hungry. I got out of bed and headed to the kitchen. I resisted eating sweets and ate an apple instead. That didn't do the trick. I figured protein would be a better choice than cookies so I went to my midnight snack staple, peanuts. After a fist full I still wasn't satisfied. Finally, I drank a protein drink, that did it and I went back to bed. All total, I ate at 118% of goal yesterday. Every day is a challenge. Let's answer with our best and keep it moving!!!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
