Ok I new it would happen, cause I have educated myself enough ☺️, I’m back to where I was when I added 100 calories....but I actually ended up adding 150 calories.
So I’m at goal weight, I’m eating more 😋😋
For many months I was eating an average of 1600 calories a day. I’m now eating an average of 1750 calories a day. I gained 2-4 pounds the first few days, but I am back down ☺️ to goal weight and could not be happier 😏

This is a life journey so I’ll forever have to watch my calories or else I’ll gain my weight back, sad but true. 😥
But hopefully one day I’ll treat myself to a big bag of hot Cheetos, one day 😋
126.9 lb Lost so far: 73.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
