33..wind chill of 25..GOOOD SUNDAY MORNING...like brrrr..an just yesterday morning it was 60 an i had shorts on to go outside..not this morning..be putting long johns on to go out an head to walmart..brr..dont even want to think about getting out today..but gotta get whats on list..outta weekly supplies..an its not gonna get any warmer..them nice few days we have from time to time..are just a tease of whats to come once the winter months are gone again..

day 4 of being back on track with 20/4 fasting..first day or two was alittle hard ..just getting back into not snacking on something when i would get water outta fridge an see a 2 oz piece of chicken to grab..trying really hard to stick with what i have in food menu...the article i read on polar.com about why cyclists and runners..an anyone that works out an isnt releasing weight really makes sense..sometimes we over eat thinking even though we had a great workout..the calories will burn off..and they do to a point..but you still have to watch the calorie intake so that the out take matches...less in...more out..weight comes off...

well sitting here drinking my coffee...listening to furnace..an still not looking forward to getting out in another hour...but then il be back home an on trainer to get my sunday ride in...just need 8 miles to hit my weekly ave..hit 4100 miles other day..so headed for 4200 now..each day i ride is more miles closer to a new record for me in miles..an accomplishment in riding this year for me...

WELL...HAVE A GREAT ONE..AND IF YOUR IN ONE OF THEM COLD STATES...I FEEL YOUR PAIN..DO LIKE ME...LONG JOHNS AN CLOSER TO THE HEAT...

salad dressing...beginning to think having store bought salad dressing is what's causing me to be so cold after eating my salad...had to get under covers just for a few..till I got warm....
