A bit sore today - we did a Jillian Michaels workout yesterday and I've been neglecting to use a few muscles!!! Otherwise, feeling good. I've been eating better too but I always fall apart on weekends as we eat at my parents on Saturdays and my mom is a great cook! Plus, there is a 50th anniversary party to go to for my friend's parents. My hope though this weekend is to do a workout and try to walk more. We shall see if that helps!!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
