20 days to national overeating day!

Excited/anxious because:
I'm supposed to have company staying with me for the holiday.
Dinner's going to be at my house for the first time in 6 years or so.
My surgery is the Tuesday aftewards.

Breathing, breathing, breathing...
253.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
