If I was to named my journal entry today it would have to be the "Good, Bad and the Delicious." I made it to the gym yesterday. I put in some good work on my lower body and abs. I'm proud of my effort. I ate on target most of the day and that was good too.

The bad and very ugly was delicious. It's my fault but I blame it on my wife's fantastic cooking. She baked a huge beautiful pie with some of the apples we harvested from the orchard over the weekend. I ate a medium sized piece but it took my calorie count over the top for the day. Adding to the ugly, I sampled some Halloween candy too. To my amazement I had a small loss this morning. Go figure???
155.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I can relate to your wife's cooking and baking because my wife is a pro in the kitchen. As for the candy, some made it in my mouth last night but no more should pass these lips for awhile. Keep it going John.
