Routine can be a wonderful gift. Eating similar foods takes the mystery out of the equation, but this is not always an option. Last night I found myself sitting at an over-price taco place. The atmosphere was amazing, it was on the university campus, the World Series on giant tv’s, a constant movement of sidewalk traffic (we were sitting outside), the neon lights, and the competing music & sounds the hung in the air. I had a tiny $5.00 taco, some tortilla chips and a beer. These were not my normal foods ... but the options were limited. I’m struggling to get back into my routine ... a place where I know what the scale will be telling me the day after. Have a good one buddy!

Having an off meal from time to time is good...keeps your body guessing what's next...just a matter of knowing it's only temporary...
